Via Strollerderby, a new study tells us that kids with gardens eat more vegetables. You don’t have to tell me that. My kids are interested in eating anything they’ve helped to grow. I’m convinced we could grow bussels sprouts (the number one veggie my kids eschew) and they would eat them. I even got my kids to eat radishes we grew. That’s right, radishes.
So, how does your garden grow? Are you doing it for the kids or are you doing it more for you? I’m taking great joy in watching my plants grow a little bit more every day. Kinda like kids, except they don’t talk back to you.
