I, like Hanna at This Garden Is Illegal, struggle with growing cilantro. Hers bolts and she ends up with useless cilantro. I just kill mine.

Today she writes about another variety of cilantro I might try, Vietnamese Cilantro. It doesn’t look like regular cilantro, but she says it smells just like it, and can be used interchangeably in recipes that contain cilantro. Awesome.
